Villa Nunia is a 2 bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & is just a 5 min stroll and only one block back from Jalan Kayu Aya, the popular ‘Eat Street’ of Seminyak. These modern tropical abodes provide fine fixtures, trendy interiors with tasteful furnishings and plenty of spacious living areas both indoors and out. This is the perfect holiday accommodation for groups of friends and small families, providing proximity to Seminyak Beach and the lively Petitenget & Oberoi areas.
Outdoor & Pool Areas
Built over 450 sq meters, these two-bedroom villas provide plenty of outdoor space. The gardens feature high walls for plenty of privacy, and the gardens are well maintained with tropical flora and the fragrant scents of the adorning frangipani trees. A timber pool deck runs the length of the 9-metre azure pool; stylish sun lounges, chic deck chairs and a traditional bale at the far end of the pool provide plenty of options for guests to move freely amid the tropical setting. Enjoy a tropical fruit breakfast here or maybe a candlelit dinner served by a professional team of staff.
Living Areas
Step inside through bi-folding doors from the pool deck, and you enter the open-plan living area. The space has a chic vibe about it; cooling cement polished floors are offset by brilliant white walls and ceilings. Two sets of large bi-folding doors open onto the swimming pool deck, and a comfy designer sofa is ready for you to sit back and enjoy a movie orbit of sport on the large flat-screen. The modern kitchen is packed with appliances if you feel like trying some of the recipes newly learnt at the Indonesian cooking class. A large timber dining table just in front of the kitchen’s island bench will comfortably seat 6 guests. The space is fully air-conditioned or leaves the large doors open to enjoy the outdoor tropical vibe. Of course, all of your entertainment needs are taken care of with International channels, home cinema, DVD player, CD music player, Stereo, TV and reliable Wi-Fi.

The bedrooms are spacious and bright with large doors that open onto the garden, featuring clean white walls and double king-size beds with sheer white mosquito netting that will ensure you have wonderful night sleeps. There’s plenty of cupboard space, a writing desk and a flat-screen TV with an international cable network. The en-suite bathrooms are ultra classy, fitted out in a combination of grey and black marble with gleaming white twin vanities. A large soaking tub sits in front of a huge bay window that opens up to a private tropical garden, and a monsoon shower provides a semi-outdoor bathing experience.

The villa complex is staffed by a professional team of staff who will look after any catering requests you may have, and housekeeping staff will clean the villa daily. Ultimo restaurant is nearby, and Seminyak Beach is a mere 10-minute stroll from the villa.
Travelling with kids? If you are travelling to Bali with kids and want to keep them entertained, then the Waterbom Bali in Kuta & Finns Recreation Club is nearby, which has waterslides, ten-pin bowling and a huge indoor trampoline centre called Bounce. Follow this up with dinner at Milk and Madu, BossMan, or Grill’d.
Cafes. If you love your coffee, there are some fabulous cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Head to Sisterfields, Kim Soo, Kynd, Sea Circus or the popular Revolver off Jalan Kayu Aya.
Day Spas. For the ladies, there are many upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those relaxing Balinese massages. For the best treatments, visit Ji-Vi, Jari Menari, The Shampoo Lounge or Spring Day Spa. Afterwards, spend the afternoon shopping for clothes, jewellery, homewares & souvenirs along Jalan Basangkasa & Jalan Legian, which are close to the villa.

We had a fantastic holiday when we stayed at VIlla Nunia for 10 days. Our villa was clean and the staff made sure we had fresh towels and the beds were made every morning. Pool was great for the kids and the location was so much more central than we were expecting. So close to lots of restaurants. We also discovered Seminyak Square which was a short taxi ride away. Loved our stay here & will be back.

The staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to assist you. The Villas are clean, well presented and quiet as they are a little way back from the street. Couldn’t be happier
Villa Nunia has been fabulous for our one week getaway for our family of three. We have a 1.5yo and highly recommend Villa Nunia for: friendly service, always willing to go the extra mile, supplying drinking water for free, both boiled and cooled which helped a lot with making bottles, the villa itself is amazingly child friendly, nothing too breakable and nothing dangerous which meant we did not have to be one foot behind the toddler the whole stay and finally the villa itself is beautiful, the pool clean and shaded by trees and very close to everything you need in and around Seminyak. The wonderful staff were more than happy to provide a free shuttle to Seminyak as well which was very convenient. Breakfast delicious and always on time. Quiet and well located
My friend and I stayed in Villa No. 1 which was at the end of the road so it was quiet with no passing traffic. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The bathroom had a free standing bath and a large show, a dual sink vanity and an outside shower area.
As well as the beautifully kept pool (cleaned daily) there was a meditation area with a table and carp swimming around as well as running water.
The kitchen, lounge, dining area was homely with enough space for about 6 people.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. You simply dialled 0 on the phone and they came from reception to deliver what ever you asked for.
There was a good selection of food for breakfast. You ordered the day before and suggested a time that suited you and the staff delivered it.
We also took the free villa chauffeur driven car to the supermarket and the beach.
At the end of the road, there was a selection of supermarkets and places to eat that were reasonably priced.
The villa was good value for money.
