Lataliana Villas is a 5-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental that boasts two tropical pools and sprawling tropical gardens along with relaxing social areas and private enclaves. The villa is perfectly located near the shops, restaurants, and beach & a short walk will bring you to the exciting heart of Seminyak’s Eat Street. Basically, you are in one of the best locations if you want to be part of the vibrancy & excitement that Seminyak is known for. The staff of this villa are amazing, and it provides accommodation for up to 12 guests.
Outdoor & Pool Areas
The gardens are nothing short of amazing; the free-form pools flow through the gardens, and on all sides, there are towering mature trees, exotic greenery everywhere, calming koi ponds and flowers. The pool is sparkling with a shallow area for the kids, and there are plenty of spots to relax and work on your tan or read a book in one of the relaxation bales by the pool. You can dine at the alfresco dining area, enjoying a BBQ cooked meal prepared by the chef.
Living Areas
The living areas are spread throughout the villa and will cater to everyone’s needs. Wonderful meals can be enjoyed at the opulent dining table in an open-air space right by the pool and calming koi ponds. The air-conditioned media room has large sofas, a huge flat-screen TV and lots of books and novels for some reading. A more formal lounge room has a huge U-shaped sofa, a baby grand piano, a billiard table and a cocktail bar where the butlers will whip up your favourite drinks.
This is such a good villa if you are planning on entertaining while on holiday. On the other hand, if you want just to kick back and relax with your mates, then Lataliana is ideal for this as well as there are heaps of privacy and nooks where you can find your own space.

Walk to Jalan Basangkasa and make your way to Seminyak Square. Amazing time here spent with our family and another family. Bedrooms were clean, very spacious and modern plus they were so well maintained. After being picked up at the airport and taken to the villa we were so excited to see the place and it did not disappoint. The kids went straight for the pool and we were happy to finally relax unwind and soak up the gorgeous villa ambiance. In terms of location it was so handy and really close to some family friendly restaurants which is where we went most nights.

Loved the location and the way in which we could easily get to so many top restaurants. Villa was exactly what our group was looking for; peace and quiet yet centrally located. We were lucky enough to be able to have spent 7 nights here and the only issue was we had to leave. This is in a word 'bliss'. I'm planning a trip again next year with my family and this will be our 'go to' villa. Appreciated being met at the airport and taken straight to the villa as well as those great morning breakfasts.

An excellent gateway place for big groups
The villa was a perfect stay for my family of 12 with my parents and 5 grandkids as it’s really spacious and with a large swimming pool. It has a comfy vibe with luscious green garden that my parents can relax and enjoy the view while enjoying breakfast prepared by the friendly staff. As for me, it’s only a 5 min walk to the beach so I can enjoy my morning run along the beach. The location is very strategic as it’s in Seminyak and close to cafe and shops. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with.
