Outdoor & Pool Areas
The outdoor area includes a large T-shaped swimming pool. Tropical plants and palms hang down from the second level of the accommodation pavilion to create a pleasant effect. The pool is flanked by a well-maintained lawn. A stone walkway flanks the pool, and the lawn is dotted with dainty frangipanis. On one side, the pool enters under the shade of the second floor, where a daybed sits for you to relax from the heat of the midday sun.
Living Areas
Upon entering the villa, guests immediately enter through the open-air living pavilion, which looks out over the pool with a gorgeous timber shingled roof. Fans cool the area, and rustic timber furnishings, including a dining table, sofa setting and well-equipped kitchen, are enhanced by artifacts and ornaments from around the archipelago. On the second floor of the main building, a large bale with a traditional Alang-Alang roof provides pleasant views of the surrounding areas.

The villa is on a quiet lane that leads you to Jalan Oberoi, where you can shop until you drop, dine at both fancy and casual restaurants, sip coffee at Cornerhouse or dance until dawn at La Favela. The Champagne Bar is a great spot for an afternoon drink, and Nirwana Bar and The Goat on Eat Street have live sports, live music and great family meals at reasonable prices.
Travelling with kids? They like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For a fun day with the family, head to the famous Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud or perhaps take sunset photos at the Holy Hindu Tanah Lot Temple on the water. Plus, there are loads of family-friendly restaurants along Eat Street, such as BossMan for burgers and Johnny Rockets or Sisterfields for pizza. For dessert, nothing beats the yummy gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, head to Jari Menari, JI-VI on Jalan Cendana, Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget or The Shampoo Lounge at the top of Eat Street.
Shopping. Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the art galleries, homewares, and jewellery stores in the chic Oberoi area. You can also buy souvenirs at the Seminyak Flea Market next to KU DE TA. For more shopping options, hop into a Blue Bird taxi and make your way to the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, where you’ll find the Discovery Shopping and Lippo Mall.

It was such a convenient location, and we found that everything was less than a 5 to 10-minute taxi ride away - this was, of course, organised for us every time we left the villa by the helpful and very courteous villa staff. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our needs. We loved the open-plan look and feel of this villa. The children had a fabulous time running in and out of the pool - this was great value for money, and we will certainly consider this next time we plan a holiday in Bali - as a review, we are more than happy to give Nyaman a top rating and recommend this highly!

Fabulous Nyaman
Having previously stayed with our family in a 4 bedroom villa, we know how wonderful this place is. So as we were staying in Seminyak at another place and still had 5 days to find accommodation, on the chance that Nyaman had a vacancy, we called into the reception area.
Fortunately, they had a 2 bedroom villa available, so they locked one room up, and my wife and I had the other. I can't say enough about the staff at Nyaman, all were fabulous, but that would probably be no surprise to Bali visitors as the Balinese people are amazing.
The villa is the best we have stayed in Bali, and we have been to Bali often. Big pool, not the normal plunge type, large yard area and kitchen/lounge.

Back to Nyaman after a year, and it’s still a dream place. The villas are very well maintained and are so peaceful.... waking up to the songs of the birds playing in the swimming pool is magic. Swimming in the large pool and feel like we are alone in paradise is just unique, especially so close to the busy street of Seminyak and just minutes from the beach. A large choice of restaurants just minutes away (by walk) is a real plus. Nothing is too much to ask of the amazing staff of Nyaman !!! Unique!

Everything was so close by and it was just 5-10 minute walk to great food and clothing shops, not to mention KU DE TA beach club was nearby.

Made and Yayuk and the team really made our stay absolutely wonderful!
They were so professional, quiet and friendly. My youngest son Andrew loved the pancakes cooked every morning!
The villa is absolutely lovely and so peaceful and best of all so quiet yet being a short walk from the centre of Seminyak and the beach which we could walk to.
We booked the chef for three nights which was super tasty and a real treat eating in the villa like we were really at our home back in Sydney. On top of this the beds we so comfy and the pool and gardens we just perfect for lazy days ❤️❤️
