The main living and kitchen areas are all open-plan with a bright, airy feel to capture the warm ocean breezes. These living areas are perfect for the family to sit and enjoy a few cold Bintangs at the end of the day. You can open the doors completely and have direct access to the pool and garden areas, giving you a clear view of the kids playing in the pool. For extra privacy, there’s a mezzanine area with a comfy sofa, TCV and amazing views so you can curl up on the couch and catch up on some holiday reading.

Swimming pool

There are ample loungers around the pool to kick back and top up your tan as you watch everyone enjoy the pool area. There is a covered bale next to the pool where you can escape the sun and enjoy your lunch by the pool or an afternoon snooze as you hear the sound of the waves.

3 modern bedrooms

The main house has two large, modern, air-conditioned bedrooms with perfect views over the ocean and luxurious ensuite bathrooms for privacy. The main bedroom sits alongside the pool and has fantastic ocean views, and it boasts a bathtub in the private ensuite bathroom – how lovely for a romantic escape! As a bonus, all beds are king-sized but can be split into twin double for sharing teenagers, children or friends. The villa can sleep 6 people, but there is extra space in the mezzanine area for 2 extra beds. All rooms have safety deposit boxes with speedy Wi-Fi for work emails, social media and Netflix.

Villa staff

The professional, courteous and friendly staff are responsible for making sure the villa is kept spotless and ensuring all your holiday needs are taken care of, such as organising activities and transport. They will also prepare your delicious breakfast, which is included in the rate.

Location

The villa is located close to Sandy Bay Beach Club, which offers a relaxed poolside setting and great views at sunset, perfect for that sunset cocktail.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa boasts a 15-metre infinity pool set within a circular pool deck with a large built-in sofa to one side and pool bar on the other fashioned from local sandstone. Swaying coconut palms, manicured lawns and the sandy beach are just meters from the pool, you couldn’t ask for a more idyllic outdoor holiday setting. Chill out in a poolside beanbag as the chef prepares fresh seafood on the outdoor BBQ hot plate.

Living Areas

There are several living areas spread throughout the villa to ensure guests can enjoy a little private time enjoying a good book as well as a great social hub for fun and laughter. Crank up the Bose stereo system to set the vibe, maybe something light and romantic as you enjoy dining together at the formal dining table to seat 10 guests or sink into one of the plush sofas as you lay plans for the next day’s island adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped and it even has a wine cooler to keep the chardonnay at perfect drinking temperature. A separate media room provides air-conditioned comforts where you can sprawl out on the huge circular seating arrangement; this can also be converted into a fifth bedroom with its own private en-suite.

The bedrooms provide exceptional comforts for up to 10 guests, with the option of an additional sleeping arrangement in the media room. Cooling terrazzo flooring, full air-conditioning, and these rooms are totally chic with a nautical theme and hues of pastel blues and whites to carry on the tropical island theme. Three bedrooms boast king-sized beds, another is furnished with three single beds, ideal for the kids.

Staff & Services

The villa staff consists of an English speaking villa manager, housemaids, private chef and security personnel. The staff will assist in daytime activity directions, assist with all your transportation needs and prepare sumptuous tropical breakfasts each morning.
