5 bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms in  Villa Alea and 4 bedrooms in Villa Aloui. So, with the combined two villas, there are 9 bedrooms in total. Depending on your group size, the estate can be rented as a 7, 8 or 9-bedroom holiday rental. The rooms you are not using are closed, and you still have exclusive use of the entire villa estate. Alea Estate bedrooms have comfy beds and modern ensuite bathrooms to make you feel as relaxed as possible. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and you have great wifi in each room. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floors, with easy access out to the gardens and pools (great for an early morning swim), and the remaining 5 bedrooms are on the second floors with private balconies and garden views.

2 swimming pools

The two interconnecting villas are great for families of friends to spend quality time together by the two private swimming pools. The adults can relax in one pool while the kids can splash around and play in the second swimming pool (leaving the grown-ups in peace). Surround the pool is a lovely, well-maintained garden area with lush lawn space and ample room for the kids to run around. Alea Estate is so large that it gives everyone lots of space and room for some quiet downtime or, if you prefer, to relax all together by the day bed next to the pool. An interconnecting gate joins the two villas, ideal for two families holidaying together and each valuing quiet time.

Both living areas are separate from the bedrooms in open-air Bali-style spaces. The villa is located among the rice fields on the fringes of Seminyak, with both Seminyak and Canggu just a short drive from the villa. Seminyak has some great restaurants near the villa, including Biku,  Da Maria, Metis, Sardine & the famous Naughty Nuri’s for the best ribs in Bali. If you can’t live without your coffee, there are some fabulous cafes nearby where you can also take the family for a bite to eat. Head to Monsieur Spoon, Livingstones, Pison, Ingka or Baby Revolver.

For some casual daytime grazing, head to the Nook just a few minutes away, a great cafe-style restaurant set in the rice fields.
